Where has the time gone! Our last post was from July when we took the girls home for summer vacation. Now they are all back in school. Well more importantly we had 2 girls leave the house and now have two new girls. Nina is still with us and is attending ODU and we now have Shay and Karrie who are both in high school. Ellie is talking a lot more and Benjamin is HUGE. Brandon had lasik eye surgery and Emily is running the roads like crazy. I am posting some new photos and am trying a new way of showing them so let me know if it is annoying!!The new pictures are at the end of this post so click more and check them out. I think the only thing these website is good for is sharing pictures. But that’s ok. We posted some new ones of our trip to SC for a week and a day trip to the Living Museum in Norfolk. We went to the lake Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Saturday. Rode 4 wheelers and go carts went swimming in a pool shopping and had 2 parties. Overall it was a great week and tons of fun in the sun. A few days after we returned one of our girls decided to leave care for a number of reasons and as of today has officially signed herself out. Please pray for her and her future decisions. She has already found out life on her own is hard and expensive but is determined to stick it out and become an adult. We are already getting a new girl on Friday so as we miss and wish her the best it is exciting to meet the new girl and see what she brings to the house.
Other than that all is good. Ben is sleeping through the night in his crib, Ellie is talking a lot more and we are trying to get some weight on her but she doesn’t stop for a second so its hard. Our oldest just got a car so that is a huge relief to us and to her. She spent the first 3 days running the roads and showing all her friends and today on the couch with us watching movies and snacking. Our youngest has camp everyday and gets to go on 2 field trips a week. We have decided to rearrange 4 rooms in the house so that’s always fun. Anyway hope all is well and shoot us an email.

I finally posted some pictures on the website. Some of them are a little old and some are bad quality because they were taken with our phone but they are pretty good. I am working on making a video of Ellie and Benjamin. Hope all is well with you. Things are a little crazy here with the new baby and the other 4 kids. Makes for lots of running and shopping for me so that Em can stay home with him and Ellie. We have our 6 year anniversary is Saturday the 16th. Of course we have running to do from 8am till 5pm with a birthday party in the middle that we have to be around for because foster children cant be dropped off at other people’s houses.
