Schafers Place

Ellie had her first soccer game this morning. She did pretty good esp. being 3 on 4 and two of the boys on the other team were 5 years old. All three of our players were 3 years old. She is on her best buddies team so thats all that matters. By the second half they did more talking to each other than running. They were also fighting each other for the ball more than taking it from the other team. But it was fun.

So I finally got around to posting some videos and pictures. Things have been pretty good here the last few months. We had our first Christmas in SC without having any foster girls with us. That was weird but good to be able to come and go without worry. We have 2 new girls again and Nina, who has been in our house since day one, moved out in February. We still see her and talk to her a good bite throughout the week and she is doing well.
The kids are growing fast. Ben and I had an accident over Christmas where his leg was broken. He is back to running around and jumping off everything. Ellie is still loving school and is learning to write her name at home. She is so proud. Emily is training for another half marathon at the end of March. And hopefully Matt and I are getting the 4 wheelers fixed and we can start riding again. Anyway shoot us an email and let us know how your doing. Here are the links to videos and new pictures.
